Gig Transport

Spring 2024. Musicians need a better way of carrying equipment. I attempt to design a product that both carries an amp acts as a modular pedal system.

A friend who was in a band showed me his equipment and taught me how footpedals work and link together.

The cardboard prototype informed the size of each part before building the final design out of wood.

The final design is a dolly that can be laid flat and used as a pedal board. There's plenty of room to add pedals and rearrange them. It did eventually break, so maybe a redesign is in the near future.
